Instagram and Meta Platform Data

A-List may use Meta's authorized APIs to connect our internal customer relationship management system with the A-List Dance Association Instagram account.

When permitted by Meta and applicable users, our systems may receive information associated with Instagram communications involving our business account, including Instagram account identifiers or usernames, message information, message timestamps, and information necessary to associate communications with the appropriate contact or business relationship.

We use this information to maintain records of communications with our customers and prospective customers, respond to inquiries, provide customer service, and manage our business relationships.

A-List does not use this integration to sell Meta or Instagram user data to third parties.

How We Use Information

We may use collected information to communicate with customers and prospective customers, respond to inquiries, administer dance competitions and related events, maintain customer and contact records, provide customer service, improve our services, and operate and secure our internal business systems.

We do not sell personal information obtained through our Meta or Instagram integrations.
